More Moore:

As if by design, John Moore, who will be coming to Dayton on April 11th to speak to the Dayton AMA, has placed a great new manifesto on today. The manifesto is free to download and will give you a great feel for what this guy is all about. It revolves around a recent memo that Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz sent to Starbucks employees concerning the past, present, and future of the brand. John gives his take on the company as only he can, and then includes a number of responses as to “What Must Starbucks Do?” from those who sent feedback to him when he posted the question on his blog, Brand Autopsy, a few weeks ago. If you are thinking of coming to hear him speak next week or would just like to learn more about his philosophy on marketing, I encourage you to visit and read the manifesto.
