Happy Birthday Backpack!

37Signals.com is chock full of project and time management goodness.  One of their tools "Backpack" turns one year old today, and I say Happy Birthday to you Backpack.  I discovered Backpack about 6 months ago, as I was reading Getting Things Done, by David Allen.  I decided to use the simple and free backpack interface to manage my lists of projects and things to do.  I had tried several other systems, and have found Backpack, now in conjunction with Gcal, to be really effective in keeping me on the right track.  Backpack takes a less is more approach, making it easy to use and really effective.  They have multiple plans ranging from free, for the casual user, to premium plans for business professionals.  I use the free account option, which provides several web pages, unlimited lists, sharing capabilities, and even built in reminders.  Thanks to the 37signals crew for making Backpack (and Campfire, Basecamp, & TaDaList ) available to the world.   Happy Birthday!
